We know that internships are an important pipeline for talent, and we've rigorously designed our program to be a robust, rewarding experience. In your role as an intern, you can expect:
Multiple training opportunities: On a regular basis, interns receive web-based instruction, in-depth exposure to diverse businesses, attend symposiums, and participate in interactive training events.
Exposure to executives: The firm's senior leaders are integral to the internship program. Interns frequently network with executives at large social events, small luncheons, and conferences.
Invitations to social events: Outside of the standard networking events, the internship program sponsors a number of developmental, community, and social activities. Such events expose you to the environment where you'll work, offer you opportunities to participate in charitable initiatives, and allow you to enjoy your summer experience with us—all while building networks with peers and executive leaders.
Potential full-time work offers: The main goal of the 12-week summer internship is to attract and develop candidates for fulltime employment within our firm. The program gives us multiple opportunities to determine which interns are best suited for roles at Prudential. It also helps participants determine if Prudential is the right place for them.
